By using ThemeDiy you can easily create cyanogenmod themes with coding.

The developer of the App is Darkion Avey and it is rated 4.3 stars on Google Playstore. The worst thing about this App is it requires Android which is running on Lollipop [5.X] or marshmallow [6.0]. Highly Recommended – How to make money by using your smartphone.
