Gaming is a wonderful experience and everyone tends to love gaming regardless of the age. In the age of cheap and better quality smartphones playing high-end games is no more a luxury.
Although, our normal laptops with a decent hard disk and graphic card can support almost everyone’s gaming needs, but the other worldly experience you get from a gaming laptop is something else.
But can a gaming PC destroy relationships? The answer is a big yes. Recently, a Reddit post became quite popular posted by username u/ThrowRA_rowaway . The women wrote a long post about how her fiancé spend their entire life savings of $8000 to buy a high-end gaming PC.
The story is very interesting, the man who ended up buying the PC saw a high-end gaming PC with his best friend and enjoyed few games on it. The experience was so immersive that the man decided to buy his own high-end gaming PC and told the same to her fiancé.
She denied, and told her to play games on his or her laptop without spending any money, but the man was insisting on buying a gaming PC, after many arguments and discussions, women accepted and that turned out to be a huge mistake.
One week after the above events, a PC, along with a table and a gaming chair arrived at the couple’s doorsteps. The women came to know about the price of the whole setup to be $8000 in the night and that started heated arguments between the couple and the man convinced her fiancé that he will earn all the money back.
According to her post, Earning all the money back seems like a long shot as she said that her fiancé “hasn’t gotten up from his new chair” and is playing games all day and night mercilessly.
According to the women, her fiancé was working from home due to the on going Covid-19 pandemic, but might lose his job as he is not focusing on his work at all.
As a third person’s perspective, I wonder what kind of gaming setup will be worth of $8000 which are equal to more than 6 lakh rupees.
