Looking at the screenshots shared on Twitter, MIUI 12 update seems to have a subtle design which is not rough around its edges. An improvement the floating Windows feature is a cherry on top of the cake.
The changelog notes that MIUI 12 is the first Android-based mobile OS that went through the strict enhanced privacy protection testing. It also focuses more on a control centric design.
But according to the reports seen till now, it seems only limited number of people have received the MIUI update. The build number of the latest update is MIUI 12.0.1.0.QGHINXM and its size is listed to be 813MB.
This seems to be a initial test conducted by Xiaomi to find out if there are any critical bugs or not, before launching the update for the masses.
