Amazon Is Making Shopping Easier for Android Users, Here’s How

E-commerce giant Amazon has launched a new feature named Amazon Assistant to its own shopping program to help online shoppers compare various prices products on other online shopping websites as well. Just like MySmartPrice.

According to a news posted by XDA Developers, the Amazon Assistant, also accessible as a additional Android App which can be downloaded on Google Playstore and as a browser extension for computers.

It let users compare the prices of the products they’re purchasing on other online shopping sites.

Aside from cost comparisons, the Amazon Assistant provides users real-time upgrades for their own orders. It notifies them if their order’s dispatched and send.

You can also switch between Amazon assistant and its primary program from its settings, or you can say in just single click.

Earlier this month, Amazon rolled out “Project Zero” in India. “This Project introduces additional proactive mechanisms and powerful tools to identify, block and remove counterfeits”, Amazon said

The initiative has been launched earlier this year in america, Europe (UK, France, Italy, Spain, and Germany) and Japan. “Project Zero assembles on our long haul investments and work to make sure that customers consistently receive accurate goods when purchasing on Amazon.

We take comments seriously and during Project Zero, we’re introducing additional proactive mechanics and effective resources to identify, block and eliminate counterfeits”, Amazon Client Trust and Partner Service Vice President Dharmesh Mehta said.

Globally, over 7,000 manufacturers have already registered in Project Zero across the USA, Europe and Japan, he added.

In India, roughly 10-11 manufacturers had engaged in a pilot to assist the business examine the solutions that unite Amazon’s technology together with the knowledge that manufacturers have their own intellectual property.
